Idola Motorsport joins Prototype Challenge in 2023

Following the successful first year of operation at Idola Motorsport culminating with achieving the outright win of the UK Praga Cup in 2022 and also a 3rd place with another of our cars, 2023 is already looking exciting for the team.

Idola Motorsport have evolved from the VR Motorsport Race Team who were successful in winning the Dutch Prototype CN class in their Praga R1T, and Radical class in an SR3 in 2018. With the same team members and improved infrastructure, they have a confidence borne out of successful history
in European series. In 2023 we will see Idola Motorsport continue to operate Praga R1’s, excitingly they will also take on a European campaign alongside the defence of the 2022 Praga Cup in the U.K.

One of the two cars is already signed in for the 2023 races of the Protoype Challenge from V-Max Racing Management. One extra car will be also avaliable for packages competing in Europe as part of the Prototype Challenge. This is an exciting expansion for the team, streamlining the operation and success from 2022 to provide a European endurance racing experience to upcoming drivers new to prototype cars, experienced amateur drivers as well as seasoned professionals.
